It is constitutional to sing national anthem of Japan.

This is a self-reference sentence, and the example of "This sentence is a lie".
If it is constitutional, it can be proven.
At least, the dissenter is a free from.
If it is unconstitutional, it can be proven.
It is assumed that all members are unconstitutional at that time.

That is, this is a truth impossible sentence.
