Many governments oscillated and fell to anarchism.

多くの政府が、発振してしまい、アナーキズムに落ちた。
小さい政府と大きい政府が、喧嘩して、収拾が付かないからだ。

日本でも、増税派と役人排除派が争い、政府はない状態だ。
