The problem of EU is a problem of whether a north wind is good or the sun is good.
This problem was summarized with single currency.
Can it be summarized?

Was Euro neither a lie nor delusion?
at least -- Euro -- truth -- it is an unknown problem.

This was summarized with power.
Was power neither a lie nor delusion?
