Japan is a double standard.

法治国家があって、お上と下々の階級差がある。

例えば水俣病を考えよう。

水俣被害者が、国家を訴えると、国家に対して加害者となる。

だから国家は、未だ原因を認めない。
裁判は国家の責任を認めている。

被害と加害が捩れる。

ケース2
容疑者が警察に逮捕される。
すると容疑者は、警察への加害者となる。

従って、加害者として取り調べられる。
ここに人権はありようがない。

ケース3
小沢問題がある。

国民の良心良識は、金権政治を拒否している。
こういうときに限って、国家は法の厳密な施行を要求する。

ここにも捩れがある。
だが検察審査会が、これを突っぱねた。
これは法を犯すとする国家だ。

ケース3
身近なマンション問題を考えよう。

マンションの所有者が、臨時総会を求める。
だが理事会は、これをせずに、所有者に金品を要求する。

この時、これが警察の詐欺の基準を満たさない。
恐喝であるが、この立証を警察は求める。

臨時総会をしないこが問題なのに、それが問題ならない。


ケース4
東電の原発問題だ。

東電も国家も、想定外の震災なので、国家が全責任を負うとする。
これはパラレル・ワールドに、隠す。

結局、国民を騙すのだ。

これに国民のまともな対応が出来ない。

こんなときに、省庁家屋の新築を省庁は要求、国民をかく乱する。
狙いは、天下りの貫徹だ。

国家・法・文学は、この捩れに金権を達成する。

金権や利権だけが、国家を貫徹する。

これは捩れが原因だ。

日本はこの捩れを、悪性新生物している。

その為国家が勝ち、国民は敗残者となる。

だがこの捩れも、捻じ切れはじめた。

これが国民の全滅だ。

全滅によって国家は崩壊する。

太平洋戦争然り、自民党独裁然り。

日本は死神に取り付かれている。
