It was not contradictory that a state performs a death penalty to the killed revenge.
But no being [ this ] contradictory is not proved.

It is not checked that the crime has decreased by capital punishment.

This is exceeding humanity.

A state serves as war freedom.

No death penalty is wanted for there to be also as this brake.
