A state is a paper tiger which takes the responsibility which cannot be taken.
It will become national responsibility if a state breaks.
But since it cannot take, it is going bankrupt.

That is, a state is the structure which repeats bankruptcy.
A state is realized in national foolishness.

If a state goes bankrupt, people will rebuild a state.

And a state is made again.

A state is realized foolishly of people.

Such a thing already carries out an intermittent oscillation, unless people become clever to make it a stop.

A state is an oscillator and is an intermittent oscillator which carries out saturation and collapses.

国家は取れない責任を取る張子の虎だ。
国家が壊れると、国民の責任となる。
だが取れないので、破産となる。

即ち、国家は、破産を繰り返す仕組みだ。
国家は、国民の愚かさに成り立つ。
